We Buy Garden Style at 50-300 Units

Unit requirements must range from 50 to 300 units. Unit Mix with most 2 bedrooms, less 1 and 3 bedrooms

Value Added Opportunity

We consider the potential for increasing the value of the property. This could include renovating or remodeling the existing space, adding additional amenities, or even changing the zoning of the property.

1980's and Newer

It must have been built between 1980 and more recent years.

Market Location

We are interested in B and C class properties that are located in B or C areas, conveniently close to amenities, employment hubs, and public transportation. Consider the demographics, economy, and rental market of the area.

Occupancy Rate

A minimum of 85% occupancy is required.
